heres a better question. why whenever gatecampers cant get a kill do they whine to CCP about it?

If you can keep your ship you'd be stupid not to. and gate campers, please dont start with the "honor" argument. You're blobbing people at gates, honor isnt in your vocabulary.

You assume that you have the right to kill anyone you like without any skill it seems. Sorry, you can't. If 1 player says: "I won't let you do this' for whatever reason, then it's fair game. Like if they want to save their ship and not let you have loot. Don't like it, get some friends and kill them. Otherwise stay away or risk not getting a kill. I wonder what's so hard to understand about it. This power was given to the players in EVE and it's intended.

My ISP resets once every day during my play time and my router refreshes twice a day. hardly? then maybe youre not very experienced with routers. resetting keeps them fresh.
